RETURN POLICY

Pet Pros Return Policy

Any of our neighborhood Pet Pros stores will happily accept returns or exchanges of your in-store or online purchases within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in new or like-new condition, have the original packaging, and be accompanied by a receipt or online order confirmation.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as your original payment or store credit.

  • Store credits can be used for future in-store purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • If a purchase was paid by check, a refund will be issued with a store credit or company check after a 10-day waiting period from the date of sale.
  • While we process refunds to credit and debit cards the same day, it can take 10-15 business days for you to receive the credit, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • If making an exchange, any positive balance we owe you will be refunded in the same manner of your original payment or store credit.

For returns after 60 days or without a receipt, we will issue store credit only.

GIFT CARDS

In most circumstances, Gift Cards purchased at one of our stores are not returnable; however, we do understand that situations change sometimes and we will evaluate on a case by case basis whether we will accept the return of a gift card and issue a refund.
